Bulk Shop is a bulk ordering system that lists your products and variables in a responsive table that also works good for mobile views. The plugin can be used in B2B/wholesale solutions, donation list if you use Name your price or just to show customers all products in a list.

Installation

Download the .zip file from your WooCommerce account.

Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New to upload the file you downloaded with Choose File.

Activate the extension.

More information at: Installing and Managing Plugins.

Setup and configuration

After installation go to WordPress Admin > Bulk Shop. Here you will find the Bulk Shop shortcode generator. Default during installation we will generate a page for you called Bulk Shop and you find it at WordPress Admin > Pages > All Pages. This page just contains one shortcode: [bulkshop]. The page with this shortcode will give you a product catalog with all your public products. Default it shows 15 products per page.

The Bulk Shop shortcode generator will create shortcodes for you. With the shortcodes you can set options for a view like pagination, show or hide variations, stock and sales badge. How to set up pages and the options, is explained more in depth below.

The settings for Bulk Shop let you change table headings, button names, CSS options and more.

Settings

To find the settings for Bulk Shop use the WP admin menu > Bulk Shop > Settings or WooCommerce > Settings > Bulk Shop

List settings let you change the names in the table header and other. If you like to change Name to i.e Product here you do this easy. Be aware that this changes takes priority before the included language settings (POT) so if you use more than one language we recommend to use the POT files and translate/change to your own language using i.e Loco translate plugin. Read how to translate using Loco.

The CSS settings let you set the thumbnail image if you like other sizes than the defaults. It also has an option for removing Storefront CSS in the table as this CSS settings for some themes makes mobile view look bad.

The Integrations settings makes it easy to set your labels for the Name your price integration.

Set up your store with Bulk Shop

On installation one page is created by default: Bulk Shop, to find this:

Go to: WordPress Admin > Pages > Bulk Shop page

Rename the title Bulk Shop to i.e Bulk order form if you like

Hide price (for not logged in users): Check this option to hide prices for not logged in users. This option hides the prices (not the column), set totals to null, hides add to cart buttons. Default a text: Login to show prices is shown instead of a price, this label can be changed in settings.

Custom price: Enter a custom price slug i.e _wholesales_price if Bulk Shop is used in a Wholesaler solution and prices are not automatically changed. If you set a custom price you also have to select the roles that will use this price. The custom price will replace normal price for the user roles selected. The table will show normal price strikethroughs and custom price below if custom price is lower than normal price.

Custom price roles: If you have a custom price you also need to set the customer roles that can see and use this price. Hold down the ctrl or cmd key to select more than one role. Custom price and roles is a generic option to integrate Bulk Shop with retailer and wholesales solutions where special prices and roles are used.

Add price and role(s): When you click this button you add a custom price and role(s) to the price and role(s) text field. You can do this with up to 10 prices and their roles.

Create and copy shortcode: When you click the button create shortcode the shortcode text field will now have the shortcode with the options you selected above. You can now click the button copy shortcode and paste it in a page or post.

Usage

Bulk Shop default list all products and variables and includes all functions and columns. When adding quantity the table automatically calculates the totals for the customer. Every row and in the bottom of the list you find add to cart buttons. When clicking one of these buttons you add all selected (checked) products to cart.

Bulk Shop – simple products

By default every product and variation is listed, in this view we have added the shortcode: hidevariations = true, when this option is set the list automatically shows select option on products with variations. When a variable is selected an Ajax (JS) function gets the right price, SKU and more on your variable product. This view typically has a select category dropdown box, bulk add quantity, search function and paging by default.

The search function let you search in text (product title/name), SKU and Tags.

Show all variable products – default view

This is the default view with shortcode [bulkshop], this lists all products and variations. We have also set a default quantity of 1 to every product row and makes the shortcode like this [bulkshop product_qty=’1′] – easily done in shortcode generator.

Show Up-Sells and Related products

To use Bulk Shop to show Up-Sells and Related products on a product page you need to have a template system (i.e Elementor) where you can add a shortcode in the template for Single product. In this example we have also hidden category selector, search, bulk add and checkboxes to make it a clean table. The first products shown in the table is your product Up-Sells, then the related products are shown in the rows below. Shortcode used in this example:

[bulkshop related_products=’true’ related_count=’4′ hidevariations=’true’ hidecategoryselector=’true’ hidebulkadd=’true’ hide_search=’true’ hide_checkboxes=’true’]

Name your price for WooCommerce

If you use Name your price for WooCommerce and want to have a donation list using this, Bulk Shop now supports this plugin. Bulk Shop validate and make sure no price lower than minimum is set in the input field.

Mobile view

The mobile view wraps the table and let customers use the same functionality as with larger screens. The headings is shown to the left in the wrapped view.

FAQ’s

What do the sales badge do?

The sales badge calculates you sale in % and if sale on a product it appear like this: Sale 20%

Can I bulk shop multiple products?

Yes, just add a quantity in the quantity input field and hit enter or the add button. You can also direct select quantity and the table then calculates the totals for you before you add the products to the cart.

Can I create shortcode for several categories?

Yes, in the shortcode generator you can select several categories like this: hold down the ctrl or cmd key to select more than one category. After your selection just click the button: Create shortcode.

Does Bulk Shop support all themes?

Yes and no, default Bulk Shop is created and styled for WooCommerce Storefront. If you like to use Bulk Shop for a none supported theme you may have to do some CSS styling. Look at the list below for supported themes, the list will be updated when new themes is supported.

Can I have several shortcodes on one page?

Yes, you can have several shortcodes on a page, but only one bulk shop shortcode due to the JavaScripts involved for calculations.

Is the table responsive and support mobile views?

Yes, the table adjusts to small sized screens and support mobile views.

Is grouped products shown in the views?

Grouped product is not shown in the views because it can not be bought this way.

Can I use Bulk Shop in a wholesaler or retailer solution?

Yes, most of the time this works out of the box if prices is automatically changed. If however this is not the case you can use the custom price and custom price roles and generate a shortcode to use in your Bulk Shop pages. This will replace the current price with your custom price i.e _wholesales_price for the customer user roles you have set to use this price. Bulk Shop supports up to 10 custom prices and their roles. If you do not know the custom price slug, you can do an export of your products, search for _price and look for that with the name of your extension. Copy the slug and paste it in the custom price, set the roles and generate a shortcode.

For Wholesale for WooCommerce you do not need to set up custom _wholesale price and roles. Just set it up in the extension Wholesale for WooCommerce and it changes prices automatically. The same applies for Dynamic pricing for WooCommerce.

Can I use Bulk Shop with Name your price for WooCommerce?

Yes, we have integrated support for this plugin. Just set minimum and suggested price for the products you want to show as i.e donations and Bulk Shop will show it in the list.

Setup and Configuration

Settings for Bulk Table Editor

To find the settings, go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Bulk Table Editor

Bulk Table Editor has two sections, the first section is for general settings and the other is for setting up integrations with an other plugins. A custom price field is for example a wholesaler price, MSRP or cost of goods.

Products per page: Number of product rows in the table is used in the paging function, default 50 product rows.

Default product category: Select a category, will show the selected every time you enter plugin page, default is all products.

Automatic stock management: If you want to turn off stock management i.e you do not use stock for some or all items but still want stock status to be in stock or whatever you have set.

Disable autofocus: Select this option if you do not want autofocus when the mouse is over an input field i.e search.

Date selector format: Select the format you want for the date picker in the table. Your WordPress settings for date format will show before and after saving.

Autofocus on date selectors: If checked you the date selector will appear and the date input field will have focus.

Custom price (slug): Use the price slug for i.e Wholesaler, Name your price, MSRP or purchaser price. We recommend that this is a price field when it is treated like a number in the table. See the FAQ on how to find this slug or use the Integrations (get slug) dropdown box.

Custom price name: The custom column name in the table, recommended to keep it short as the table has limited size.

Integrations (get slug): Use this select box to set the slug for Cost of goods, Name your price or other approved integrations. Remember to set a custom name after using this dropdown select box i.e Cost of goods.

Custom price – calculate like sales price: If checked it calculates using normal price like this example: normal price – 20% = custom price. Default (not checked) it calculates like this example: custom price – 20% = new custom price.

Show extra column: Check this to see your custom price or SKU in Editor home.

Show SKU in main page: This option shows SKU with the bulk functions in Editor home and replaces a custom price. Remember to check the option Show extra column if you use this option.

Usage

You are now ready to use Bulk Table Editor. To start Bulk Table Editor, in the admin menu find Products > Bulk Table Editor.

Understanding bulk functions

The Bulk Editor is optimised to work with stock, prices and sales in your WooCommerce shop. There is also an Other value table that can bulk update SKU, tags, backorders and measures. You will find a couple of bulk functions to the right of select categories and the rest at the top of the table.

Category and sales filter

The two dropdown select boxes above the table is handy to filter out products. Select category shows you all your current categories and by selecting one you get all the products and variations. If you use the filter ( on sales ) select box you can filter out products and variations on sale, this filter will be set until you select all products again or use the search in text or SKU. The rows filter can be used when you have sales filter on.

Download (.csv file)

In the header section after other values button you find the button with a cloud icon. This button let you download all your products and variations.

How to use the download button?

The download fetches all the products in current category. If you currently look at all products and click the download button all your products will be downloaded as a .csv file. If you have i.e 10.000 of products this can be a large file that can be hard to handle for you. We recommend to be aware of this and use with this in mind.

The file you get can be opened in i.e MS Excel and Apple Numbers.

Bulk Table Editor – home

The default table is the editor home, the grey button shows this. This table focus on prices and setting up sales, let us have a look on how this table and some of the general functions works.

Search

The search function has radio buttons below. If you use the default option Text you search in product name and description, if you select SKU your search is only finding items that matches your input. I.e woo- finds all items that contains woo-, example woo-cap. If you select Rows you will only search/filter in current product rows, this can be handy if you have a lot of variations and want to filter out some of them. After a search you can just click the search icon again to view all your products. In Editor home you can search/filter rows by name + price, and in other values name + SKU.

Stock

To bulk-update stock, enter an amount in the input field for stock, then find the select option box below.

In the dropdown, select increase or decrease then the amount will be added to all visible products in the table. On the left side in the table you will see that the checkboxes has been checked of, if there is products you do not want to update – just uncheck them.

You can also set a fixed value if you do not want to, set the value and in the dropdown box select set fixed, now all rows has this value. When ready, select the Save all button at the top right off the table.

Automatic stock management is an option set in settings. This can be used if you do want to automatically turn off stock management on items with null values and default set in stock on these products. If you for some reason decide that a product now needs to use stock, just enter the stock value i.e 10 then stock management automatically is turned on again and set the default in stock status.

Price

To bulk-update your current prices, enter a value in the input field for price. Then use the select dropdown box below and select one of the options, increase/decrease in percent or increase/decrease fixed amount.

The amount you have will then be calculated and increased/decreased on every row of the table. Then uncheck products you do not want to change and enter the Save all button.

If the prices are not set or you want to overwrite the current price with a fixed price, add your product price and in the dropdown box select set fixed amount. Now the product rows will be set with your price.

Round upwards function will set the price up from i.e 19.51 to 20.00 and if round downwards from 19.30 to 19.00. Round two decimals does this type of rounding: 19.63 becomes 19.60, it uses the logical round up or down based on the decimals.

Sale price

The bulk update function for sale price is the same as for price with the exception that you also have to set a sale start and a sale end date.

If you want infinity sales on your products with no start and end dates just set the sales price and save. The sale price will be calculated based on the current price on the product. So if you want a 20% sale on you products it will calculate this based on the current product price.

If the sale prices are not set or you want to overwrite the current sale price with a fixed sales price, add your product sale price and in the dropdown box select set fixed amount. Now the product sales price rows will be set.

Round upwards function will set the price up from i.e 19.51 to 20.00 and if round downwards from 19.30 to 19.00. Round two decimals does this type of rounding: 19.63 becomes 19.60, it uses the logical round up or down based on the decimals.

Sale start and sale end dates

After selected the dates the table columns will be inserted with the dates you selected. Then just uncheck the ones you do not want to have on your sale and enter the Save all button. Remember you can use i.e only start date, only end date, both or none as long as you have sale price on your product. You can also have a sale just for today – just set todays date in start and end date. A sale end time is at: 23:59:59

Sale %

Sale in percent does not have any bulk functions, but will be updated if you change your sales value. The value is rounded to be a whole number and is to get a overview over your current sales in percent. The column can be sorted using the heading.

Custom price

The custom price is an option if you have i.e a wholesaler price that you want to calculate and bulk update in Bulk Table Editor. To use a custom price you have to set it up in settings. See FAQ how to set up custom price. Custom price have the option to use the same calculation as sales price or use its own value for calculation. It has also the same bulk functions as price and sales price.

Delete rows

To delete products, check products using the left checkbox on every product row. To check all use the checkbox in the table header. Uncheck products you do not want to delete then click the Delete rows link and in the dialog select OK. PS! products will be moved to trash and will be found there if you deleted some products by mistake.

Clear sales

To clear an existing sale just click the link Clear sales. Then click the save all button and the sale is removed. You can change your mind and click the Clear sales again and your old values appear, this can only be done before you click the save all button. If you do not want to clear sales on all products just uncheck the checkbox on the products you want to keep before you save.

Bulk Table Editor – Other values

This table enables bulk updates of many of the other values on a product. Some values have rules that will prevent them to be set or other rules that tells what the value is, i.e Backorder and Stock status. All values can be updated in the table or using bulk functions (except Name). When a value has been changed and you leave i.e an input box the checkbox on the left of the row is checked. This indicates that the row will be saved when hitting the Save all button. Easy uncheck rows you do not want to save. If filtering rows, only visible checked rows will be saved.

Name

Can be updated on single products, variables has a button to enter the parent product.

Featured

Select box with options: Yes | No. Example: select yes and all shown rows featured checkbox will be checked, then use save all button to apply this for the products.

SKU

Sku has many options, you can add or generate SKU based on your preferences. Remember that SKU must be unique or else it will not be saved. To make SKU Bulk Table Editor has several options like set ID first or after a name, generate SKU is another option that generate SKU like this: Shirt with logo = shi-wit-log. If you have done this, you can add i.e ID and vendor before: 112-levis and get: 112-levis-shi-wit-log and you have a unique SKU.

/wbte-create-sku.png”>

Tags

Think of tags as attributes you can assign to multiple SKUs, this again makes it more easy for customers to find products they look for. The tags has functions like add before and after, or just set a list of tags. If you set a list of tags and add it make sure to use comma to separate your tags.

Backorder

Select box with options to tell if one can purchase products if products is not in stock.

Stock status (in stock?)

This select box is more a status for your products, you can use the options but it can change automatically if backorder is set and I.e you’re out of stock.

Measures and product image

Weight: Set the weight

Length: Bulk set length

Width: Bulk set width

Height: Bulk set height

Product image: shows current product image

FAQs

How do I change product categories and view all my products again?

To filter a product category, enter the select a category dropdown box and just select a product category. If you need to go back to all products you can use the default option – Select category – to get back to all your products.

Do I need to use tags on my products?

Tags makes it more easy for customers to find your products. A article written by WooCommerce let you know more why it is important to give it attention. Read this: https://woocommerce.com/posts/woocommerce-product-tags-seo/

What is SKU and do I need to use it?

SKU is short for: Stock-keeping unit and is a string representing the Product unique identifier in your WooCommerce shop. We recommend to use SKU and Bulk Table Editor has a SKU generator that makes it easy to set unique SKUs on your products and variations.

How do I search for products?

To search for products just enter a keyword in the search box in the top right on the page and hit enter or click the search icon. If, wherever you are like to go back to all products you can just use an empty search and hit enter in the input field or click the search icon. This applies for regular text and SKU search selected by radio buttons below the search field. If you want to search in rows, click the radio button Rows. When this is selected the search button is disabled because you are just filtering in your current rows. To filter products just start to write a product name or a variation you want to filter by, then only rows containing your input will be shown.

I have a lot of products, is there a paging function?

Yes, there is a paging function and you find it above the table on the right side. Paging is shown on the page if product count is more than in the settings – products per page – default 50 product rows. Use the next/previous (<< or >>) page buttons as you like. In settings for WooCommerce > products > Bulk Table Editor you will find this settings.

I have created products and variations, can I bulk set their prices?

Yes, when you create products or variations the price is not set. In Bulk Table Editor find the product or variable product rows and use the bulk function for price, add i.e 30 and in the dropdown below select set fixed amount. Then save, the products or variations has now a price. See image above sale price. Tip: use search in rows to filter your variations if many.

I want to use the round functions, how does it work?

The round functions is found in the dropdown select box for price, sale price and custom price. Round upwards function will set the price up from i.e 19.51 to 20.00 and if round downwards from 19.30 to 19.00. Round two decimals does this type of rounding: 19.63 becomes 19.60, it uses the logical round up or down based on the decimals. Just use the functions on your prices or i.e after you have bulk created new sales prices. Remember to save when done.

How do I set up a custom price?

In Bulk Table Editor settings find the Custom price (slug) and enter i.e _wholesaler_price or other. The short movie here will show you how to find it (using Chrome browser).

00:00

00:05

After you have found the custom price and copy / paste it to settings you need to set a custom name for the field and this will be the column name in the table editor. Then check the custom price – calculate like sales price. If you check this it will use normal price as your base for the bulk calculations. If not you will use the custom price as a standalone price, same as the regular price does. If for example this custom price is a wholesaler price and you want all wholesaler prices to be 50% of the regular price then you should check this option on. Finally to show the custom field in Bulk Table Editor click the: Show custom price checkbox and you are done, now you can go to Bulk Table Editor and update your custom prices!

Can I bulk update Name your price for WooCommerce prices?

Yes, you can update minimum price and suggested price. Minimum price will show up as price in Bulk Table Editor, suggested price needs to be set in settings > custom price. Use slug: _suggested_price. After saved as below, open Bulk Table Editor and you have a new column for Name your price (suggested price).

/wbte-nyp-settings.png”>

Can I set the sales prices to a fixed amount?

Yes, if you want to set a price or sales price to a fixed one you can do this. In Bulk Table Editor use the bulk function for sale price, add i.e 9.99 and in the dropdown below select set fixed amount. Then save, the products has now a new set sale price. This function overwrites old values when used. See image above sale price.

Can I sort and order the table?

Yes, every column that has a up/down arrow is possible to use for sorting. Just click the header link and you will sort the table on that column ascending or descending.

Can I use the table editor to update single products?

Using the table to change single values is possible for updating product values. If you have mouse over a field the input is automatically selected. After entering a value and moving to another field, note that the checkbox for that row is checked. When you use the Save all button only rows with checkbox checked is saved. If you change stock or price you will see that the table calculates stock value (right column) and give you a total in the bottom. The totals is based on the products you see in the table.

Can I use the editor on an iPad?

Yes, but you have to enable JavaScript in settings for your iPad browser. Follow this guide: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-javascript/safari-iphone

Example

/wbte-2.1.9-main.png”>

If you sell clothing and want to set up a sale on your category T-Shirts. In Bulk Table Editor this is an easy task. Just select the category i.e T-Shirts and enter a value in the bulk function for sale price i.e 20 and select in the dropdown box – decrease in %. Bulk Table Editor then calculates a 20% sale based on your regular product price and add it to all your products in the category T-Shirts.

After this you just can set a sale start or a sale end date. This is done by selecting the dates in the bulk functions for start and end date, Bulk Table Editor then fills the rows for you automatically. Just uncheck products you do not want on sale and click the save all button.

Sales dates

Sales dates is optional. This means that you can i.e use start dates and no end dates. This gives you a sale that starts on a date and runs until you stop it by clearing the sale price (function for this). The same goes for using only the sale end date, means that the sale starts now and ends on the date you selected. If you create a sale with no dates the sale starts now and runs until you remove the sale price.

Sale with no dates (in versions before 2.1.5)

If you just want a sale that goes on until you remove the sale price, then you need to enter Bulk Table Editor’s settings and find a option called: Allow infinity sales price and check this (on) and now you will not need to set dates for you sales.

Compatibility

Multi-Currency is a WooCommerce extension that provides switching currencies and re-calculating rates on the fly. Unlike the Currency Converter Widget, it uses the converted prices during checkout, so customers pay in the currency of their choice!

Important: We have tested Multi-Currency with many WordPress themes, plugins and third-party WooCommerce extensions, but some may still have compatibility issues.

Check the Compatibility and Integration page before purchasing.

Should you notice any problem, please read this page first, then contact us with the details and screenshots. We’ll do our best to find the solution!

Installation

Download the extension from your WooCommerce dashboard.

Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and select the ZIP file you just downloaded.

Click Install Now, and then Activate.

After activating the extension, the Multi-currency tab appears in WooCommerce Settings:

Setup and Configuration

Go to the Multi-currency tab to see the Settings Panel.

Currency Exchange Rates

The first step is to set up Exchange Rates Service providers:

WooCommerce Multi-Currency is capable of getting the rates from two providers: Currencylayer and OpenExchangeRates. Both have a free plan that is sufficient to have the rates updated every 12 hours.

To continue with the setup, you need to create an account and get your free credentials:

https://currencylayer.com/

https://openexchangerates.org/

We recommend you to have both accounts, for better reliability.

Choose the provider, fill in the “Credentials” field and press “Save”. The currency rates will be retrieved and temporarily stored in the WordPress database. You will see the date and time when the provider has updated the rates:

Setup Currencies

Next, choose the currencies you want to use on your website. Don’t forget to add the main currency, too:

Important: make sure that your payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) is configured to accept payments in all those currencies! If a gateway does not support some currencies, you can use the Conditional Shipping and Payments extension to restrict the gateway to specific currencies.

Fallback currency is the currency that will be selected when a visitor’s home currency is not one of the enabled on your website.

Initially, Fallback currency is set to the default currency of your Store and in most cases, you do not need to change that.

A possible use case: your base store currency is NOK but you want only people from Norway to pay kroner and everyone else – to pay in Euros.

The Currency Selector Widget

This Widget could be placed in any sidebar or in the footer. A good place would be right above the shopping cart widget.

The title is what will be displayed above the drop-down.

The drop-down content is controlled by the “Display format” setting. You can show the currency code (USD, CAD, EUR, etc.), the name (“United States Dollar”, “Canadian Dollar”, “Euro”) and the symbol (“$”, “€”) – in any combination. For example, if you enter only
{{code}}
, your visitors will see only
USD, CAD, EUR
in the drop-down.

The Currency Selector shortcode

To embed the Currency Selector in a page or post, you can use the shortcode with the same
format
settings as with the Widget:

Migration from Worldpay Form

If you have an Worldpay Online account then you can simply add your keys to the Worldpay Online settings and then deactivate Worldpay Form, that’s it!

If you are using Subscriptions then it will be more complex, there is no way to migrate the Subscription Payments from Worldpay Form to Worldpay Online. Your customers will need to re-enter their card information when the subscription runs out – any payments that are outstanding will continue to be collected until such time as Worldpay stop the Future Pay service. There is no ETA for that at this time.

The post Worldpay Online Payment Gateway first appeared on CODIBU.

Now your customers will see the PayPal option in the card type dropdown

IMPORTANT : PayPal will not show if there is a subscription product in the cart.

Testing

Place several test transactions to confirm that everything is working correctly. Once you have completed testing, contact Opayo about making your account live. Opayo will notify you when ready, and then you set the status to Live.

Opayo has a list of test cards you can use to carry out test transactions at: Test Card Details for Test Transactions.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m getting a message of: MALFORMED 3045 : The Currency field is missing.

This is because you are using the wrong password in the Encryption Password field. Opayo sends you at least two passwords, one for your account and one encryption password. You need to use the second one.

I’m seeing a 5080 error when I get to Sage.

Normally this is a password issue, make sure you have the encryption passwords set correctly – the live and testing passwords should be different. If it’s not a password issue then check the PHP error logs.

My customers are seeing “Sage Request Failure Check the WooCommerce Opayo Settings for error messages” after paying with SagePay Form

This is usually due to a server plugin called SUHOSIN, you will need to edit PHP.ini on your server and change the following settings.

My customers are returned to a blank screen after paying with SagePay Form

Are you using iThemes Security? Make sure to uncheck the “Long URL Strings” option.

Do I need to use Opayo Form and Opayo Direct?

No, you can use whichever method(s) you set up with SagePay.

Why do transactions that fail 3D Secure still show as approved?

Log into MySagePay (https://live.sagepay.com/mysagepay/login.msp) and check your 3D Secure rules. For example:

4020 : Information received from an Invalid IP address

You must add the IP address of your hosting to MySagePay. If you don’t know the IP address, you can obtain it from here http://www.hcidata.info/host2ip.cgi

There are two filters available to allow for conditional application of the surcharges and conditional modification of the surcharges.

To set when the surcharges should be applied use :

apply_filters( 'woocommerce_sagepayform_apply_surcharges', true, $order, $sage_pay_args_array );

To modify the surcharge XML use :

apply_filters( 'woocommerce_sagepayform_modify_surcharges', $surchargexml, $order, $sage_pay_args_array, $cardtypes );

Card Type Drop Down

With Version 3.2.1 the Opayo Direct checkout form was changed to include a drop down for card type. Opayo requires that the card type is included in the transaction information. Previously this was done by checking the first 6 digits of the card number using a 3rd party service BIN List (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bank_card_number) Unfortunately this service has proved to be occasionally unreliable and so has been replaced by the drop down.

Tokens

As of version 3.3.0 tokens are supported with Opayo Direct. Your site will need to be running WooCommerce 2.6.0 or higher.

Tokens must be enabled on your Opayo account before your site will be able to use them.

The card details are not stored on your site, only the token from Opayo, the last four digits of the card number and the expiry date. You will not be able to store the CV2 number so this is not used during transactions that use a token, it will be checked when the token is created.

3D Secure will only be checked when the token is created, not for subsequent transactions using the token.

Tokens can also be used for Subscription payments making it easier for your customers to change their card details on your site.

Fraud Screening in Opayo Direct

Opayo provide some fraud screening during the payment process. If they flag a transaction then the order status will be changed during the checkout process to alert you. You will need to login to MySagePay to confirm that you are prepared to ship the order or that you need to cancel it. Once you have reviewed the reasons for the fraud notification you can go back to WooCommerce and update the order as necessary.

You can read about the way transactions are scored by Opayo here

“Checks” column

This section displays the status of checks done by Sage, previously this information was only included in the order notes. You will see

which will allow you to quickly check that the address, postcode, CV2 and 3D Secure information where all provided correctly. Green indicates correct, yellow indicates not checked and red indicates the information provided by the customer was incorrect. It is up to you to decide how to proceed if the icons are not green. Please note, renewal orders for subscription payments may not be all green as the checks are not re-done.

Note: This information may not be available or may be incomplete for orders placed before version 3.4.0 was installed. It has always been included in the transaction information in the order notes.

3D Secure 2 setup and testing

Setup

Opayo has enabled 3D Secure 2 on their live servers.

In the WooCommerce Opayo Direct settings, make sure you have the VPS Protocol option set to “4.00”

Make sure you have set up 3D Secure rules in the LIVE and TEST MySagePay. You can read more about setting up the rules on the SagePay website

Testing

To place test orders using 3D Secure 2.0 you will need to be in “testing”

Then you can choose the “Magic Value” in the drop down

Each value in the drop down will give a different result for a test transaction.

Test Cards

You will always receive an OK response and an Authorisation Code from the test server if you are using one of the test cards listed below. All other valid card numbers will be declined, allowing you to test your failure pages.

If you do not use the Address, Postcode and Security Code listed below, the transaction will still authorise, but you will receive NOTMATCHED messages in the AVS/CV2 checks, allowing you to test your rulebases and fraud specific code.

Through this extension you can import any product from any Aliexpress website in your WooCommerce store with all their information (name, description, categories, manufacturer, picture, price, variations, attributes etc.) in quick and advanced way.

The extension works perfectly on all these Aliexpress websites, including: www.aliexpress.com, id.aliexpress.com, ar.aliexpress.com, de.aliexpress.com, es.aliexpress.com, fr.aliexpress.com, it.aliexpress.com, ja.aliexpress.com, ko.aliexpress.com, nl.aliexpress.com, pt.aliexpress.com, ru.aliexpress.com, th.aliexpress.com, tr.aliexpress.com, vi.aliexpress.com, he.aliexpress.com.

Just follow these simple steps to import the product in one click.

Step 1: Download and install the required Advanced Importer Chrome Extension in your Chrome browser from here https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/advanced-importer/fnckhcfokjndphlmkpoihcjmcpghcofh

Step 2: Install and configure the Aliexpress Product Importer WooCommerce extension you purchased from the WooCommerce Extension Marketplace.

Import link and Secret key is required to connect the Aliexpress Product Importer WooCommerce extension with Chrome extension.

You can change the Secret key (any random string) any time if needed.

Step 3: Open the Aliexpress product page that you want to import into your WooCommerce store in the same Chrome browser in which you have previously installed the supporting Chrome extension.

Open Chrome extension popup.

Fill the Import link and Secret key that appears in your Aliexpress Product Importer WooCommerce extension configuration page.

Click on Connect Button.

If the Import link and Secret key is valid, you will get a success message and the import form will appear in the Chrome extension popup.

There are many import options to import. You can use your existing WooCommerce product ID to update product information with Aliexpress Products.

If configured, some advanced options for assigning the imported product will be displayed.

Step 4: Fill the required product information as per your requirement and click on the Import Now button.

If all is well, you will get a success message and now the product has been imported into your WooCommerce store. You can verify it in your WooCommerce product page and admin as well.

Getting Started

POWR Slider is the easiest way to add photos, videos, banners, and more to a rotating carousel to your WooCommerce site.

Basic Setup

Choose Your Template

The first thing you’ll want to do is choose your starting temple in the Template tab. There are several helpful options, such as Slider, Carousel, Testimonial, Hero, and Logo. Or you can start from scratch with the Blank template.

Once you’ve chosen your starting template, open the Content tab to edit the contents of your slides. You’ll see slides for the default content, which you can delete, and a button at the bottom that says Add Element. You can choose to add:

Image – Add directly from your computer, or paste in a link.

Video – Paste in a link from YouTube or Vimeo.

Banner – Add an image, title, subtitle and button, and choose layout.

Document – Add alternate file types directly from your computer.

Event – Add an image, title, subtitle and timeframe.

Once you get the hang of adding slides to your slider, you can start to customize the design of the plugin to fit your needs. For instance, you can choose how slides transition from one to the next, adjust the size and style of captions, and set the height and width of your slider.

Slideshow Options

POWR Slider comes with a variety of slideshow options to help you get more engagement. Under Options > Slideshow Options you can choose whether to enable Auto slide, how long each slide should be displayed for, protect your images by disabling right click, and whether to automatically Repeat the slideshow.

Walkthrough

Open the POWR Editor.

Go to the Locations tab.

Edit one of the existing locations by clicking on it (you can delete all the default locations and start over if you prefer).

Enter an address in the Enter Address field.

Select a location from the dropdown list.

Note: POWR Store Locator locations are geo-targeted to a particular address. If your pin appears in the wrong location, check the address on Google Maps, and see if the problem appears there as well. If so, the problem has to do with where Google thinks your address is located. If not, please please get in touch with us.

Trouble finding an address in Store Locator?

If the auto-complete dropdown does not show you the right address, please double-check how Google formats the address for the location you are trying to add. For example, “SFMOMA” might give you the right result on Google Maps, but you will not find its location in the Store Locator plugin unless you enter it as “151 3rd St, San Francisco, CA 94103”, which is the exact way Google displays the address for that location.

How to Import Multiple Locations to Store Locator

You can add multiple locations to a POWR Store Locator all at once by uploading a CSV file. Here’s how…

Format Your CSV

Make sure your addresses, names, and descriptions are properly formatted in your CSV file.

Click “Upload Locations”

Navigate on over to your map plugin with your properly formatted CSV file. Then click the upload link! The screenshot should provide some guidance on where to find this feature.

Select the CSV File

After clicking the “Upload” link, you should be presented with a file selection menu. Select the file you wish to upload.

Let POWR do the rest

Now all you have to do is wait until your Store Locator plugin populates itself with all of the addresses, names, and descriptions in your (properly formatted) CSV file.
